Senior Session

Had a great senior session late last week. It was the short session but we managed to squeeze a bunch in. Even had a few minutes to go up the street for a couple quick car images. Best of luck to this senior as he starts his last year of high school year next week.

Got to use my yellow wall for this image. Just fit so perfectly.

A little don't mess with me.

I was excited that I got to sit in the car because I love this little convertible.

Senior Session

As I mentioned in my previous post I had another Senior Session the other day. The session had both indoor and outdoor images taken. We had to deal with the heat and humidity but I was quick and it was not too bad. I had a lot of fun doing this session and wanted to share some of my favorites.

I wish I had such a great nature smile.

A different kind of composite.

Senior Session

The weather turned out great for this Senior Session. As I sat in my car at Sharon Woods and watched it sprinkle rain I was a little worried about how things would go. Luckily everything cleared up before the start of the session. I had so much fun. My Senior was up for anything and so we wondered around to different places. She told me she likes color so I tried to incorporate that in my images.

Even though the session was outdoors I brought some of my studio stuff with me. Nobody says you have to use it only indoors.

What amazing eyes!
I had to convert a few to black & white for myself. Her proof book only included color images.
See, we played:)

She loves to read so we did a few images of her reading. I thought I read a lot but she has me beat by a long shot.
Playing a little with the sunlight.
Towards the end of the session I got a chair out of my car and used this stone wall for a background. We were in the road for this one. A few people drove by and I told her we gave them something to talk about at dinner.

Senior Session

Just over a week ago I photographed an '08 Senior on a beautiful day. I met her at a stable where she horse is currently residing. We managed to get a couple quick images with him before he decided it was too nice to stand around. After a few more shots at the stable minus horse we headed to her house for the rest of the session. I pulled into the driveway and was excited about all the possibilities available for some images. A barn, a horse trailer, tons of trees and even a creek down the hill. I had a great time! Here are a few of my favorites from the session:

I hope you enjoy the rest of your senior year!

Senior Session

I thought I would break up some of my sports posts with a senior session. I had this session the Friday after Christmas. As luck would have it I got a pretty bad sinus infection which caused my voice to get really rough. Instead of being quiet though I talked a lot and totally lost it on Christmas afternoon. Have you ever tried not to talk while around friend and family for the Holidays? It was impossible for me not to join in the conversations. So it was a quiet few days for me while I attempted to regain my voice by Friday. My husband got to read pieces of paper so he knew what I was trying to gesture to him. Luckily I got enough of it back to be able to communicate on Friday. I had a lot of fun during the session and my senior was great. We had to reschedule a couple times because her field hockey team did great and kept advancing in the tournament. After that our schedules did not have matching free time.

Thanks for choosing me. I hope the rest of your senior year goes great!

Senior Session

I had a senior session right before my vacation. Since I decided to add senior sessions as a product I offer I needed a model. This girl was nice enough to go through the paces of an extended senior session. I think she was done with me by the end. Hopefully she enjoyed some if it and likes her pictures. I would love to hear comments from others as well. Thanks for looking.

A very special thanks to my model. Have a great senior year!
